David Hodgetts will take the position of Chief Operating Officer, reporting to Roberto Schianchi, Chief Executive Officer, at the beginning of July.

David will replace Roberto Pagani, who resigned effective May 3rd, 2013 to pursue new career opportunities outside the Group.
David obtained his diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Birmingham University and a diploma in Engineering Business Management from Warwick Business School.
He has significant experience in industrial operations, having spent over 20 years implementing operational excellence and lean approaches in the automotive industry, the chemicals environment and also in the beverage sector.
David most recent experience is as Global VP Operations in an important multinational company. Previously he was European Director of Operations in Sun Chemicals; MD at Oshkosh Truck Corporation and Operations Director at Plastic Omnium.
