We have decided to adopt the Code of Ethics and Conduct which defines the principles of fairness, loyalty, integrity and transparency in conduct, operations and relations, both internally and towards third parties.
All those who work for Zobele are subject to the Code of Ethics. This includes employees, members of the Board of Directors, auditors, and both internal and external consultants/collaborators who contribute to achieving the Company’s objectives.
These people are made aware of the contents of the Code of Ethics and contribute to its implementation and to the diffusion of its principles.
The CEO and the local Management promote the application of this Code of Ethics in every Zobele company, sites, and locations.
