Code of Ethics

An ethical approach to business is a key element for ensuring effective operations and the credibility of a company in the eyes of its shareholders, customers and suppliers and, in general, the whole economic sphere in which it operates. ZOBELE GROUP intends to transform its understanding and recognition of the ethical values by which it abides into a competitive advantage.

ZOBELE GROUP adopts this Code of Ethics and conduct (hereinafter, “Code of Ethics” or “Code”), which defines the principles of fairness, loyalty, integrity and transparency in its conduct, operations and relations, both internally and towards third parties.

The Code of Ethics is addressed to all those people working for ZOBELE GROUP: employees, members of the Board of Directors, auditors, internal and external consultants/collaborators who contribute in achieving the Group’s objectives as part of its management and control.

These people should be made aware of the contents of this Code of Ethics and contribute to its implementation and dissemination.

In addition, the Group will communicate its Code of Ethics to those with whom it has business relations, compatible with the forms and typologies of such relations.

The principles contained in this Code of Ethics complement those rules and regulation by which the Addressees are bound, pursuant to the civil and criminal applicable laws, the legislation in force and those obligations set out in the relevant work contracts.

The Addressees who breach these principles jeopardise the Group’s relationship of trust and shall be subject to the prescribed disciplinary measures.

The Group’s CEO is responsible for the implementation of this Code of Ethics.
