As per Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196, of 30 June 2003, (click here to view the full text) we wish inform you that the personal data submitted to or collected in this website by ZOBELE Holding S.p.A. will be treated in accordance with current legislation and with all the instruments appropriate for ensuring the safety and confidentiality of such information.
By personal data processing, we mean the collection, registration, organisation, conservation, consultation, digitalisation, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, distribution, notification and destruction of the information, or the combination of two or more of these operations, which can be performed by electronic supports.

The Processors are the HR Director and ICT Director, with registered address being the same as the controller’s address.

By sending your application, you declare that you have read and understood our privacy policy according to the Italian Law (click here to view) and you your consent to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Italian law.
Applications for positions outside Italy
By sending your application for a job position in a country other than Italy, you are consenting that your personal data will be forwarded to the ZOBELE GROUP registered office to which you are submitting your application and it will be treated exclusively pursuant the local privacy policy, that you may consult here below.
Privacy policy for job applications at Zobele Bulgaria EOOD, pursuant the Bulgarian Law
This is to inform you that ZOBELE BULGARIA EOOD is registered as an administrator of personal data with the Bulgarian Commission for Data Protection. Some of the information that you voluntarily provide is of a personal nature and falls under the special protection regime of the Bulgarian Law on Personal Data Protection.
The personal data you provide will be processed for the purposes of the recruitment process as well as for the execution of legitimate interests of the data controller regarding any future employment contracts. ZOBELE BULGARIA accepts the responsibility to handle, use and store your personal data, ensuring its protection and confidentiality from third parties at all times.

In accordance with the provisions set forth in Article 5 of Act 15/1999 of December 13th about Protection of Personal Data, you are informed that by providing your data, you are giving your consent to be added to a file property of ZOBELE ESPAÑA, S.A., in order to manage their personnel selection processes and recruitment.
Zobele España, S.A. will not use the data collected for other purposes than those expressed above. This consent is revocable without retroactive effect, pursuant to Articles 6 and 11 of Act 15/1999 of December 13th.
